A
lot of folks seem to think that the US needs a government-run, single
payer health care system. They point to other countries as examples (the
fact that they haven't figured out how to control costs, either,
notwithstanding). But of course we already have such a system here; how's that working out?
Turns out, not so great:
"More than 100 veterans died waiting for care at Los Angeles VA hospital"
But yeah, let's expand that wonderful system.
