Looks like Oregon's Health CO-OP's suit lawsuit against the Feds has come to naught. As co-blogger Patrick reported earlier this year:
"Oregon Co-op Health Republic has filed a $5 Billion dollar class action lawsuit on behalf of all of the insurers who didn't receive funding from the Risk Corridor program"
How'd that turn out?
Not so great:
"Oregon’s Health CO-OP will shut down at the end of this month after the company dramatically overestimated the amount of financial support it would receive from a federal program."
But hey, if you like your plan...
