Food Pyramid Update...

In our never ending quest to ensure that we stay on the cutting edge of food health, we've had semi-regular updates to our famous food pyramid.
That's correct: chocolate, and especially dark chocolate [ed: my favorite!] contains healthful flavenoids that can help reduce blood pressure, apparently even more effectively than the much-touted green tea beverages.
More food for thought.
