Today, we learn that "(w)hen it comes to lowering blood pressure, a piece of dark chocolate beats green tea, hands down."
That's correct: chocolate, and especially dark chocolate [ed: my favorite!] contains healthful flavenoids that can help reduce blood pressure, apparently even more effectively than the much-touted green tea beverages.
More food for thought.
