So it appears that I wasn't the only one underwhelmed by last week's Health Wonk Review: The Disease Management Care Blog's Jaan Siderov was also unimpressed with (his term) Hurricane Maggie's "efforts."
Here's a taste:

The DMCB says value remains an inexact science that is ill-suited to simplistic nostrums and blunt force laws and regulations."
