Warshawsky does a terrific job of explicating something we here at InsureBlog have said for a long time: the reason health insurance is so expensive is that health care is so expensive, and he further underscores the difference between the two, writing that "not everyone who lacks health insurance is suffering from a lack of adequate medical care."
