Not One Additional Dime to the Deficit

Is it possible to un-sign legislation? Can the president, who promised he would not sign health care legislation if it added even one dime to the deficit, now rewind the train wreck?

Or is he stuck with it?
Brady said McDermott was downplaying the employer mandate, calling it “no big deal, just an afterthought,” though Democrats have strongly backed behind the provision in the bill’s three-year history.
The bill is slated to cost $710 billion over six years, according to a May 2013 report from the Congressional Budget Office.
That $710 BILLION is over and above any revenue from Obamataxes as indicated in this CBO report.
Keep in mind that PCIP had $5 billion in seed money and that crapped out after a year.
Do you get the idea that the rocket surgeons in DC don't know how to manage money?
